It was our first time attending the Classic R&B Music Festival. We were invited by my sister and her husband. We all rode up to the Poconos together, and boy were we impressed when we got there! The resort is beautiful and the theme was so appropriate for the festival. It was large and sprawling and had several gorgeous scenarios for photo opps. As soon as we arrived the festivities started. We got our t-shirts and ID’s and we were off and running. The itineraries were tight and there was something to do each day and night. Between the great concerts and the dinners, and the workshops, and the meet and greets; there was never a dull moment! We actually had to sit out a few events to catch our breath 😊! Our accommodations were clean and welcoming (tho I had a hard time with the low toilets), we had no complaints. We too are dedicated to the preservation and perpetuation of soul music and applaud your valiant efforts to do so. We really had a blast and look forward to coming again next year. Well done!
